the story so far

i’m a 36year old english-man living in osaka, japan. i’m married to a great japanese girl and i used to teach english in kindergartens. on september 6th 2007, out of the blue, i had an aneurysm which caused me to have a stroke. i’ve been in hospital ever since. i’ve lost all the movement in my left arm, a lot in my left leg and the left-side of my mouth is a little paralysed. my days are mostly spent in the rehab room, where i’m slowly learning to walk again. if you’re looking for a story about the triumph of the human will against incredible odds you should look elsewhere. i’m disabled - it’s bobbins.
